Partner Recruiting Senior Specialist - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Partner Recruiting Senior Specialist is an integral part of Latham's Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and driving activities and processes in support of lateral partner and counsel recruiting across the firm's offices. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Specialist will partner with their supervisor and department leadership, as appropriate, to ensure the timely and effective execution of all phases of the lateral partner and counsel recruiting process for the London office and for other offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, as well as additional offices as needed.
