OGC Lawyer – Compliance & Intake EMEA

The OGC Lawyer Compliance & Intake is an integral part of Latham's Office of the General Counsel team. This role will be responsible for compliance processes related to matter-opening, while coordinating the review of OCGs, RFPs, codes of conduct, and related terms and personally handling the review of the most complex requests, such as global panel terms and other multi-document, ongoing negotiations.
