Associate Recruiting Coordinator – Graduates

The Associate Recruiting Coordinator Graduates is an integral member of Latham's Associate Recruiting team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of graduate and trainee recruitment in London from attraction and campus engagement through assessment, hiring, onboarding, and program delivery. The Coordinator will provide operational support to recruiting leadership and committees, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
