We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with candidates, loves negotiations and wins, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is eager to build a career in recruitment. You will play a key role in candidate management, hiring the right talents, coordinating with high volume of talents , and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Own full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer stage across complex and business-critical roles in different departments.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies and prioritization.
• Support with proactive sourcing strategies across European talent markets, particularly for hard-to-hire technical and engineering profiles when required.
• Ensure high-quality candidate assessment through structured interviews, clear evaluation frameworks, and reference checks.
• Oversee and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Support with employer branding strategy and content to strengthen TYTAN’s positioning in competitive European talent markets.
