We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable military ground control station applications coordinating various effectors and integrating with external systems in real-time mission-critical environments .

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Own the backend and integration layer for ground systems the services connecting operator tools, vehicles, sensors, and mission infrastructure
• Design event-driven architectures and durable interface contracts so frontend, embedded, and partner systems can integrate and evolve safely
• Build software that holds up in real operations, from telemetry pipelines to deployment, and follow problems across service boundaries end to end (including occasional lab or field support)
• Raise engineering standards through design, code review, and mentoring, working closely with frontend, embedded, and guidance/navigation/control engineers
