The PACE is fast. The expectations are high. The contribution matters. Working at TYTAN is more than a job, this is a mission. We push boundaries, think big, and hold ourselves to the highest standard. Our mission and values guide everything we do, and we're looking for people who are driven by ownership, embrace challenges, and are energized by meaningful work. If you're motivated by impact and thrive in dynamic environments, you'll fit right in.

At TYTAN , we aim to set a global standard in autonomous air defense with AI-driven, cost-efficient systems that counter unmanned aerial threats at scale. We protect people. We protect critical infrastructure. We protect European sovereignty.

We're looking for an Office Manager to take full ownership of how our office runs the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly, so that the rest of the team can focus on the mission. At TYTAN, we're building the autonomous air defense systems that protect Europe's skies and critical infrastructure, and that mission only moves as smoothly as the environment behind it. This role is where that happens.

This is a part-time fixed term position,, minimum 20 hours per week, with a strong on-site presence at least 4 days a week, (5 preferred), and mornings ideally.

Your Roadmap to Make an Impact

  • Keep the office running: manage day-to-day office operations so the wider office space stays well-organized and fully functional
  • Own supplies and inventory: track stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory for office and kitchen supplies
  • Support the front-of-house experience: greet visitors, manage deliveries, and handle incoming mail
  • Support meeting and event logistics: prepare meeting rooms for onsite meetings so they’re tidy and ready to use, including setup and teardown for internal meetings
  • Coordinate with vendors, facilities, and IT: liaise with service providers and building management, flag issues and proactively fix things when needed
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming environment: keep common areas, the kitchen, and meeting rooms stocked and presentable, and help create a pleasant, efficient office atmosphere day to day
  • Support internal teams: handle ad hoc administrative and operational requests to keep the office running smoothly
