IT Production Support
We are looking for IT Production Support with 4+ years of experience.
Academic requirements : Bachelor's or master degree in information technology engineering, or eventually project management field.
Soft Skills :
- Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring new technical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
- Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.
- Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.
- Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
- Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices.
