At TwiningsOvo, sustainability is deeply rooted in how we source, make and share our products, from our tea gardens and sourcing communities to our factories, packaging and customers around the world. The Environmental Lead will play a critical role in shaping and delivering TwiningsOvo's environmental sustainability ambitions, with a strong focus on climate, nature (including biodiversity and water stewardship) across our global value chain. The role will help embed environmental thinking into everyday business decisions, ensuring TwiningsOvo continues to act responsibly, credibly and with long-term resilience at its core.

Bringing broad environmental sustainability leadership experience, strong knowledge across climate, nature and water stewardship, and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset, the Environmental Lead will work across sourcing, supply chain, operations and corporate functions to translate complex environmental challenges into practical business solutions.

The role will provide leadership across the environmental agenda, drawing on internal and external expertise where appropriate to ensure successful delivery of TwiningsOvo's commitments. Acting as an integrator across environmental disciplines, they will bring together technical expertise, operational teams and external partners to achieve business outcomes and deliver TwiningsOvo's environmental ambitions.
