We are looking for a Corporate IT & Infrastructure Manager to lead our corporate IT function, ensure robust operational performance, and drive team empowerment. This role calls for a strong leader with hands-on knowledge in infrastructure and desktop management, vendor oversight, IT governance, and cloud/on-premise technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building accountable, high-performing teams and delivering IT services aligned with business objectives. This is an office-based role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our Trivandrum office.

You’ll manage a team of skilled professionals and be accountable for end-to-end IT service ownership, governing external vendors, driving operational excellence, and aligning technology services with regulatory standards and business priorities.

Core responsibilities are:

  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary IT team to consistently deliver value added IT and services to our growing business.
  • Demonstrate forward thinking around where the organization is going and how technology can support these efforts.
  • Advocate and help define IT architecture vision from a strategic perspective, including internal and external platforms, tools, and systems.
  • Act as the coach and mentor to team members and technical staff on their assigned project tasks
  • Conduct product work reviews with team members and help with hiring the best talent.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute training plans to elevate team skills
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all IT Engineering activities and collaborate with fellow Tryzenauts to understand new requirements while ensuring high levels of delivery within the team.
  • Manage and evolve ways of working/processes of the IT Engineering team to ensure all team deliverables are consistently met.

Corporate IT:

  • Accountable for the provision of devices, their adherence to Tryzens security policies and ongoing estate management to our global user base
  • Accountable for Vendor management of Suppliers to ensure a consistent, high quality and secure delivery
  • Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, procurement, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and service delivery from third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with Tryzenauts and manage suppliers to ensure seamless IT support, including (but not limited to): Leavers/joiners process, device provisioning, security best practices, connectivity
  • Drive adoption of modern workplace tools and practices (e.g., Co-Pilot)
  • Set in place and execute best practice processes for Access Management across Tryzens estate

Atlassian Support:

  • Work with our Operations team to manage the continuous optimisations and updates to our Atlassian Suite
  • Work with Operations team for implementation and communication of all security patches/updates to Atlassian.
  • Lead platform scalability and migration efforts as needed.
  • IT Operations & Infrastructure
  • Oversee corporate IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises environments, Firewalls, network connections and support.
  • Provide high-level guidance on infrastructure-related tasks and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure best practices in desktop management, including Microsoft tools and hardware management.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business needs and future growth.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in IT service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on IT-related matters.
  • Usage of AI in leveraging Productivity and Operational efficiency.
  • Audit and Security
  • Ensure all IT delivery, setup and processes are executed in line with best practice security frameworks such as ISO 27001/9001 working closely with Tryzens internal and external teams.

Requirements

Essential experience:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure delivery platforms using modern techniques (e.g. containerisation, auto scalability, security policies, compute/storage etc, CI/CD)
  • Proven budget management experience of IT spend and ongoing optimisation
  • Line Management and development of a multi-disciplinary IT team
  • Strong understanding of enterprise, corporate IT environments and service delivery.
  • Understanding and operational experience of networking, administration, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools administration and optimization.
  • Experience providing Cloud IT services within a digital organisation.
  • Knowledge of one of more of the following monitoring/observability tools and processes inclusive ELK stack, CloudTrail, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus. Infrastructure monitoring using Nagios, Zabbix, New Relic.
