Senior Roadway Engineer

DRMP is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer to lead roadway design and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP) development and serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for assigned roadway and TTCP work on complex transportation projects for FDOT, CFX, and other clients throughout Florida. The role has a strong emphasis on design-build and other alternative delivery projects, with opportunities to lead conventional design projects as well.

You will guide young engineers and production staff and lead both roadway and TTCP design and plan delivery, including coordinating separate staff assigned to each. You will integrate roadway design, construction phasing, and traffic control with other disciplines to develop complete, constructible solutions. Mentoring engineers and preparing future EORs are central responsibilities of this position.
