Prepare appealing and appetizing foods for patients, cafeteria and catered events. For patient food, this position must ensure that special diet recipes are followed to ensure that patients receive their proper nutritional requirements. Able to follow and comply with recipe guidelines and be able to do any other responsibility to help normal operation in the Department. Responsible for following and adhering to all food safety and HACCP guidelines. All HACCP documentation completed throughout preparation. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work area, must be able to perform routine cleaning assignments.
