Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Enablement, the Revenue Enablement Program Manager owns delivery: getting every new, acquired, established, and manager-level seller through the programs the enablement system defines, cohort by cohort.

This is the seat that stands in front of the room. It leverages expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and training program management to build and run the sessions, cohorts, and certifications that upskill and reskill the sales organization through blended learning: eLearning, job aids, and instructor-led programs. It works collaboratively with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure that valuable, relevant learning content is created and delivered in a timely and easily accessible way.

The role empowers the team to deliver on our promises: reduce ramp time for sales professionals, create a streamlined and consistent approach to messaging, selling, and managing, sustain learning through a culture of growth mindset and peer coaching, and make learning visible and accessible to all.

What This Role Owns

Onboarding Execution

  • Runs the new-hire ramp cohort by cohort.
  • Owns the onboarding calendar end to end (scheduling, sequencing, and delivery) so every new and acquired seller reaches the readiness milestones the VP’s strategy defines, on time.
  • Partners with sales leadership to confirm each cohort is ready to carry quota at the end of the ramp window.

Training Design and Facilitation

  • Builds and delivers the actual sessions.
  • Designs blended learning activities grounded in adult learning theory that are valuable, relevant, and engaging, and facilitates them in the room and virtually.
  • Cross-trains subject matter experts to deliver learning content effectively and consistently, so delivery scales beyond one facilitator.

Content Lifecycle

  • Creates, curates, and retires the collateral reps use in the field, such as playbooks, job aids, and course materials.
  • Partners with internal and industry subject matter experts to curate content that upskills technical and interpersonal competencies.
  • Evaluates learning programming continuously, ensuring content is current and aligned with firmwide initiatives, product and solution offerings, and modern selling techniques. Retires what is stale.

Launch Enablement

  • Gets the field ready for each product or pricing change.
  • Translates launch inputs from Product Marketing and Product into field-ready training, delivers it on the enablement calendar, and confirms every rep in scope is ready before launch day.

Certification Administration

  • Schedules, scores, and chases completion.
  • Runs the logistics of the competency and certification framework defined by the VP: booking assessments, tracking completion, following up on stragglers, and reporting readiness status to sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, and learning and development, with direct facilitation experience across live and virtual formats
  • Working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design; able to design blended learning (eLearning, job aids, instructor-led) independently
  • Hands-on experience administering a learning management system: assignments, tracking, and engagement reporting
  • Strong program and project management discipline: scheduling, communication, registration, implementation, and evaluation, with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable leveraging data and metrics to analyze and achieve team, department, and organizational KPIs
  • Skilled at partnering with leadership and subject matter experts, and at cross-training SMEs to deliver content effectively
  • Adaptable within a defined framework: takes direction on strategy and certification standards from the VP, and owns execution without needing to be told twice
