IT Technical Lead

We’re on the hunt for an IT Technical Lead . Are you passionate about designing AI-powered business systems, solving complex business problems and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable value? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!

As an IT Technical Lead , you’ll bridge the gap between business stakeholders, architecture, data, AI engineering and delivery teams. You’ll translate business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions, own architecture decisions, lead AI-first delivery and help develop the next generation of technical leaders.

If you have the following:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or Data Science or 5+ years of relevant demonstrable experience
• 5+ years’ experience building software systems
• 2+ years’ experience leading technical teams
• Experience owning architecture decisions
• Strong skills in business problem-solving, solution architecture, AI-native delivery, systems integration and stakeholder leadership
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt confidently to change
