Summary/ Objective The Turnaround Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, leadership, execution, and overall performance of multiple turnaround (TAR), shutdown, and outage projects across refinery, petrochemical, and terminal facilities. This position provides leadership and direction to Turnaround Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and supporting teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations.
