Location: Browns Brasserie, Brown Thomas, Patrick Street, Cork Job Type: Full time, part time also available Start Date: Immediate or Flexible Start Experience: 6 months experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!

Salary: €14.15 climbing with experience. + tips

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and serving guests with warmth and efficiency
• Taking orders, running food and drinks, and managing tables
• Delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced setting
• Helping guests feel welcome and well looked after
• Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team
• Supporting with side duties, cleaning, and setup/close-down tasks

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, upbeat personality and a love for great food and people
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
• Previous experience is a bonus , but not essential — we provide full training
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
