Our client operates eight hospitality venues across London. The portfolio includes cocktail bars, pubs, restaurants, late-night venues and event-led spaces, each with its own customer profile, operating model and brand identity.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Events Sales & Booking Coordinator to manage inbound event and group-booking enquiries across the client’s London venue portfolio.

This is a customer-focused role where events and hospitality experience is more important than traditional sales or cold-calling experience . The majority of enquiries will be inbound, with the successful candidate responsible for understanding what the customer is looking for, asking the right questions, recommending the most suitable venue and ensuring the enquiry is handled professionally from first contact through to confirmed booking and handover.
