Our Lead Technicians are hands-on leaders - guiding installations of AV, lighting, surveillance, and automation systems while mentoring junior team members and ensuring quality project delivery.
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A dependable work history, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a team-oriented attitude.
Your Location:
- 1200 Commerce Drive, Suite 105, Plano, TX 75093
Your Schedule:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
- Some travel and flexible hours (weekends, early/late) as needed
