Our AI-native product transforms messy, unstructured private market data into real-time insights, combining automated document retrieval, AI-powered data extraction, and on-demand portfolio analytics - all in one seamless platform. • You are tech interested: you have a keen interest for new technology, and are interested in developing that skillset. Elementary programming abilities is a plus.
• You’re proficient in English - given the international nature of our clientele, strong proficiency in English is a key asset.

💻 What you’ll do

• Onboard new clients – help Tetrix onboard new clients by setting up key workflows to ensure they can maximize the value of the platform.
• Infrastructure management – monitor document collection for our clients and ensure pipelines are operating smoothly.
• Enhance operations processes – continuously develop and refine internal processes for document collection and reporting to support scale and deliver consistent client value.
• Collaborate across teams – work closely with product, engineering, and client stategy teams to enhance operations workflows.
