Packaging Lead - 2nd Shift

Our next Full-Time Packaging Lead will be responsible for the Packaging of manufactured cannabis products for customer consumption. As a Packaging Lead you will report to the Lab Manager and lead a team of Packaging Associates in a coordinated effort to provide safe and effective medicine for consumers in adherence with TerrAscend standards of quality and state rules and regulations.

To Be Blunt You will be challenged to work tactically to ensure complete and on time execution of production schedules. One minute you will be accurately filling out all associated logs and tracking records. The next minute you will be preparing the room for opening and/or closing of each shift. And the next minute ensuring team members are completing SPC’s and logging weights appropriately. Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization.

Where you’ll be planted This position will be on-site at our Boonton, NJ facility.
