We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Trainer, Instructional Design & Training to join our team, reporting directly to the GTM PMO & Business Operations Head. In this senior role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training programs and enablement materials for Telesat’s Business Support System (BSS) and the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) customer under the Enhanced Satellite Communication Project (ESCP) — a major contract award. You will be accountable for the full training deliverable set, spanning the BSS, LEO Mission and Network Operations training and User Terminal (UT) operations and field maintenance training, translating complex technical content into structured, self-paced, and instructor-led curricula that meet Canada’s accessibility, format, and Learning Management System requirements.
