Drive the growth of our e-commerce cargo business by developing strategic partnerships, expanding market reach, and maximizing revenue. You'll be the key player in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the dynamic e-commerce logistics landscape.

What You'll Do:

1. Strategic Growth:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market penetration goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to pinpoint new growth areas.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.

2. Client & Partner Development:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with e-commerce platforms, freight forwarders, and key industry partners.
  • Deeply understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term customer loyalty.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote cargo services.

3. Revenue Optimization:

  • Establish competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and operational costs.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (revenue management, solutioning, customer success, operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

What You Need:

1. Deep understanding and network within the global air cargo industry.

2. Proven expertise in strategic business development and planning.

3. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

4. 5-10 years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in air cargo logistics or freight forwarding.

5. Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue growth and closing deals.

6. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
