RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including plans, reports, procedures, guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Support the development and update of Systems Administration and Troubleshooting Guides (SAMTGs) and other technical documentation for supported service areas including:
• Unix/Linux
• VMware
• Backup and Archiving
• Messaging
• Network Management
• Assist with development and formatting of the Transition-In Plan, Transition-Out Plan, Project Management Plan, Periodic Status Reports, and...
