RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the central coordinator for JNOSC operations, overseeing both Tier III service response/help desk and service restoral team activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination with other JSP Operations teams as specified (servers, applications, storage area network, backup and recovery, facilities, messaging).
