The Lead HVAC Technician is a highly skilled, hands-on technical position responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC and building systems. The Lead HVAC Technician serves as a senior technical resource for the Engineering Department and provides day-to-day guidance to HVAC technicians, maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers.
