The Food & BeverageCulinary Intern will assist the Food and Beverage Department in food preparation, meal service, ordering, inventory, dish room, sanitation, and completion of various other duties at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. The intern will also assist with part-time staff scheduling, and back-of-house management during events.
