Responsibilities:

Inspire and guide the Workforce Management Team to deliver exceptional scheduling, accurate forecasting, and maximize agent productivity.
Partner closely with operations and HR to anticipate staffing demands and effectively tackle workforce challenges.
Leverage workforce data analysis, produce insightful reports, and deploy innovative WFM tools to drive smart decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

At least 12 months of experience in supervising a workforce management team in a BPO company, demonstrating expertise in leading teams with confidence and inspiring success.
Background in Business Management or Computer Science
Must be amenable to start ASAP
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes
Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
