Requirements:

• Education: At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
• Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of BPO Team Lead or Assistant Manager experience supporting a Travel campaign, with at least 1 year of GDS experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Inspire and guide a dynamic team of travel consultants as they navigate and craft intricate itineraries with precision.
• GDS Expertise: Act as the go-to expert and final escalation point for all Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo system commands.
• Performance Management: Keep a close eye on key metrics such as Average Handle Time, Customer Satisfaction, and booking accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
