Job title: AI Operations Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• 2 to 5 years of experience with any of the following: Recruitment, Sales Development, Quality Audit, Risk Operations, Customer Operations, Trust & Safety, or Compliance
• Strong communication skills
• Genuine hands-on AI experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Preferably from a Sales Development or Recruitment background
• Working knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, automation, or AI-enabled workflows
• Can start immediately or on November 10, 2026
