Accounts Payable Lead - Retail (Cebu)

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Schedule: Night shift

Start Date: ASAP

Type of Support: Non-Voice 50%, Voice 50%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred.
