Residential Habilitation Specialist

The Residential Habilitation Specialist ensures that necessary residential habilitation is provided in an effort to assist in maximizing independence and integration in the community for individuals living within an Individualized Residential Alternative.

• Develop Residential Habilitation Plans in accordance with services outlined in each person's Individualized Service Plan
• Develop formal goals as needed to assist individuals in acquiring skills necessary to meet their valued outcomes
