Residential Aide

SCOPE OF ROLE: The Residential Aide will work under the supervision of the Facility Manager and provide shift coverage, with possibility of flexible, rotating shift schedule, and weekend coverage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor participants' movement to and from the facility and document accordingly
• Conduct facility runs to ensure security, safety and program standards are maintained
• Collect finger images utilizing the HRA STARS operating device
