About the role: We are looking for a Regional Mentor to facilitate learning delivery, develop content and mentoring sales staff & agents within the Region. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our agents and staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet their KPIs towards measurable business outcomes. This position will require extensive travel within the region.
