About the role: The EBD after-sales associate will ensure improved customer experiences across off-grid communities in Zambia. The successful candidate will use their technical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues related to product replacement, warranties, troubleshooting, logistics, and service training, while working closely with different teams. Strong communication skills, fluency in Portuguese, proficiency in English, and a passion for customer satisfaction are essential.
