About the role

As part of the CRM Technology team in Marketing and Commercial, you work at the heart of our customer engagement. You partner closely with CRM Marketing and Customer Engagement Product teams to power personalized experiences for millions of people across Europe. Your work bridges campaign execution and real time data orchestration to turn customer data into meaningful connections across our portfolio of brands. You focus on hands-on technical delivery across Braze and Tealium CDP. By setting up seamless event routing and scalable technical workflows, you make sure every customer journey lands at the right time with high deliverability standards. You help shape how we reach our customers while constantly looking for ways to improve our systems and build a better business.
