Operations Associate II - Corporate Action Services

The Operations Associate II - Corporate Action Services is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results by accurately processing complex income payments and advanced reconciliation activity within Corporate Action Services, as well as additional tasks which could require more experience and expertise to perform. This position requires a sound understanding of the corporate action lifecycle, including interpreting prospectus language and legal circulars to determine event entitlements and calculating pro-rata distributions, exchange ratios, and fractional share entitlements, while serving as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
