IB Analyst - Real Estate

Under general supervision, the Investment Banking Analyst supports Stifel's Real Estate Investment Banking Group, which provides advisory and capital-raising services to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Real Estate Operating Companies (REOCs). The Analyst is responsible for conducting industry and property-sector research, building models to analyze company projections and/or potential transactions, drafting offering memorandums for public or private financings, drafting client presentation materials, and working with clients to execute financing or merger transactions.
