Unlicensed Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Dorval, Canada

Your Role

Under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance, your role will consist of performing routine maintenance tasks scheduled by your coordinator.

Your responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on the aircraft, components, and equipment within the fleet.
• Comply with the maintenance procedures and standards established in the Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM).
• Identify and report any discrepancies or outstanding work to Maintenance Coordinators, including through the “carry-over” process.
• Participate in correcting deficiencies and perform maintenance tasks in accordance with safety standards for themselves, colleagues, and customers.

Requirements

Required qualifications :

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience;
• Proficient with computers and diagnostic tools;
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations;
• Perform tasks in accordance with aircraft specifications and maintenance manuals;
• Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
• Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC);
• Class 5 driver’s licence.
