Your mission We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics team and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of all outbound deliveries. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all goods are prepared and shipped on time, accurately, and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Warehouse Management: Manage the daily warehouse operations, from receiving deliveries and updating the system to preparing materials for development projects.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and easy to use. Follow basic 5S principles and make sure all items are clearly labeled and stored in the right place.
- Process Improvement: Look for simple ways to improve warehouse processes, storage areas, and access to materials.
- Hands-on Work: Take an active role in daily warehouse tasks, including unloading deliveries, packing parts and equipment, and setting up storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Make sure the physical stock matches the system. Carry out regular stock checks and report or solve shortages.
- Safe Handling: Store and handle all components correctly. Follow basic ESD protection rules when handling electronic parts.
Qualifications
- Qualification in warehouse logistics or a similar field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and shipping processes.
- Basic knowledge of safe loading and securing goods.
- Forklift experience is an advantage.
- Practical and proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to take responsibility.
- Accuracy and reliability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to regularly lift and move materials and equipment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physically able to perform the job safely.
