Role Summary You are passionate about designing learning experiences that help social sector leaders and staff grow, apply new ideas, and strengthen their impact. Your colleagues describe you as a builder, a creative problem solver, and a committed lifelong learner. You bring deep expertise in adult learning and are energized by turning complex ideas into engaging online courses, virtual learning experiences, and practical resources that meet real learner needs. You have an eye for what makes learning stick. You understand how adults learn, how to translate learning objectives into compelling experiences, and how to design for application and transformation. You are equally comfortable developing a self-paced digital course, designing an engaging live virtual learning experience, creating a practical tool or resource, or helping a subject matter expert turn their knowledge into something learners can readily understand and use. Our community is growing, and so is the impact of our work to move toward a society where every person is empowered. At Stand Together Foundation, we advance this vision by building and stewarding a community of influential nonprofit leaders and staff who address some of the biggest challenges facing our communities with an empowerment approach to how they measure, manage, and serve. We are building one of the largest communities of social entrepreneurs and changemakers in the country, and this role will be instrumental in creating the resources and learning experiences that empower them to scale their impact. As our Sr. Learning Manager, Digital Learning & Content, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of digital and virtual learning across our products and platforms. You will create online courses, virtual programs, learning resources, and other scalable products, many of which will live within our LMS, Paradigm (built on the Circle platform). Working across teams, you will bring together ideas, subject-matter expertise, learner insights, and content to ensure every learning experience is anchored in our vision and responsive to customer needs. You will help make Paradigm a rich and useful learning environment by ensuring the content and experiences available are engaging, relevant, and designed to help learners put ideas into practice and transform themselves, their organizations, and ultimately, our communities.
