The External Services Technician reports directly to the O&M (Operations & Maintenance) External Maintenance Supervisor.Responsible for daily activities including pressure washing and various refresh activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as driveways, buildings, sidewalks, decks, vehicles, and machinery.
• Pre-treats and rinses surfaces with appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Inspects and prepares work areas to ensure safety and protection of surrounding property.
