As we scale globally, we're looking for a leader who thrives on ownership and brings expertise to complex, cross-market challenges. As VP Onboarding, you own our global onboarding function. You set the standards, playbooks, and quality bar every market delivers against, and lead onboarding teams across Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland. You don't run individual implementations — you build the structure, the leaders, and the processes that make customer go-live fast and predictable at scale.
