Our Mission

Money sitting idle is money lost. We're fixing that.

Founded in 2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien , Spiko gives businesses, non-profits, financial advisers, and fintechs access to institutional-grade cash management, via app or API. We are building the full infrastructure: issuing, operating, and distributing the products ourselves.

Two years after launch, we serve thousands of organizations across Europe and process hundreds of millions of euros in flows every month.

Our ambition: become the world's leading treasury management infrastructure in a market worth trillions.

We are backed by Index Ventures, the CEO of Revolut, the founder of Kyriba, and the CTO of Wise.

Spiko runs on excellence, transparency, and straight talk.

Spiko is hiring a Head of Property and Corporates (UK) in Central London to own our relationships with UK property businesses and corporate treasury teams, and to build Spiko's assets under management (AuM) from those sectors.

The role: Head of Property and Corporates UK

Spiko is building its UK business. Property groups and corporates hold large, active cash balances, and their treasurers are looking for regulated options to put that cash to work. As Head of Property and Corporates (UK), you own Spiko's presence among UK property businesses and corporate treasury teams, from first conversation to assets on the platform. This is a semi-leadership seat: you set the sector strategy, hold the number for AuM from property and corporates, and shape the playbook that later hires in the sector will follow. You'll report to the GM, and work closely with the Product and Marketing teams. Your AuM comes from three routes, and you own all of them:

  • Direct: property groups and corporates placing their own cash and treasury balances with Spiko
  • Partnership: relationships with advisers, industry bodies and other ecosystem players that introduce Spiko to many treasurers at once
  • Referral: introductions from existing customers and partners, with you owning the AuM they generate

Success means Spiko is a recognised name among UK property businesses and corporate treasurers, with a live partnership and referral programme, a growing base of property groups and corporates holding treasury balances with Spiko, a regular events and content calendar that generates measurable pipeline, and a sector AuM figure you own, forecast and consistently grow.

Key Responsibilities

Sales to treasurers

  • You and your sales team will sell Spiko to professional treasurers, CFOs and finance leaders at UK property businesses and corporates.
  • You will run discovery, presentations and due diligence conversations that cover liquidity, yield, counterparty risk, policy and governance, and guide firms through onboarding with care and precision.
  • You will own a revenue and AuM target, forecast accurately, and keep the CRM current.

Relationships and partnerships

  • You will build and maintain relationships across UK property, including developers, investors, landlords, property managers and their advisers, and across corporate treasury.
  • You will design and negotiate partnership and referral structures with ecosystem players, and own the AuM they deliver.
  • You will map the UK property and corporate landscape, prioritise target accounts and partners, and run a disciplined account plan for each.

Marketing and events

  • You will drive the sector marketing and events agenda: host and sponsor events, speak at industry forums, and build Spiko's presence in the UK property and treasury communities.
  • You will work with the marketing team on sector content, case studies and campaigns that speak to treasurers.
  • You will turn events and introductions into a measurable pipeline.

Product feedback

  • You will bring the needs of property businesses and corporate treasurers back to the product organisation, with clear evidence and priorities.
  • You will help shape propositions, integrations and onboarding for these segments.

Leadership

  • You will act as the senior voice of Spiko in UK property and corporate treasury, with the GM and with partners.
  • You will set the sector playbook, reporting cadence and targets, and mentor the sellers who work alongside you.
  • You will help scope and hire the next members of the sector team as AuM grows.

Who we’re looking for

Requirements (must-haves):

  • Experience: 7+ years in sales, business development, treasury, banking, fintech or a related commercial environment. We are flexible on background: a sales career is welcome and optional, as long as you want to sell and grow. We are open to current treasurers and finance leaders with no sales experience.
  • Treasurer-grade selling: the ability to sell to professional treasurers, with a clear grasp of cash management, liquidity, yield and treasury policy.
  • Partnerships: a track record of building partnerships that scale beyond a single relationship.
  • Communication: strong written and spoken communication, with the presence to represent Spiko in front of senior finance leaders.
  • Numerical skills: strong commercial and mathematical skills.
  • Mindset: dynamic, keen to learn and hungry to build Spiko in the UK, with the energy for an intense, high-activity culture led by clear expectations and attainment.
  • Integrity: Spiko operates in a regulated sector, and our clients trust us with their cash. You act responsibly, communicate accurately, and uphold the highest standards of integrity in every conversation, every claim and every record.
  • Location: 3-4 days a week in the Central London office, with flexibility to travel and work remotely when needed.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the property industry is a big plus, and a network among UK developers, investors and property managers will help you move fast.
  • Experience running events, communities or thought leadership programmes.
