Trainee Lettings Negotiator

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, no two days will be the same. You'll be speaking with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, following up with applicants, registering new applicants, matching customers to properties, negotiating offers and helping to progress deals through to completion. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your business development skills through proactive calling, database management and generating new opportunities within your local market.
