Our client is a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company whose advanced computing systems and cloud services support demanding AI workloads. Following a successful recent initial public offering, the company is expanding its global data center footprint to meet growing demand for compute. This is an exciting time to join a business investing heavily in the physical infrastructure behind AI. The company seeks a Senior Counsel - Data Center & Infrastructure to support the Global Data Centers team on acquisitions, development projects and other infrastructure transactions. This attorney will take ownership of deals throughout their lifecycle, negotiate important agreements and advise on legal issues as data centers move from acquisition into operation. The role offers hands-on work in a fast-developing area and the chance to deepen expertise across real estate, construction, supply chain and compute infrastructure while contributing directly to the company’s expansion.
