The Product Owner will drive internal technical product operations and Agile execution, working cross-functionally with engineering to build and launch features that support Smile’s commitment to Better Global Health. By partnering closely with market-focused Product Managers, the Technical Product Manager translates high-level market strategies and roadmaps into actionable development plans and Quarterly Workplans for Smile’s flagship clinical data repository. This role focuses heavily on internal delivery for assigned product(s) line(s)—transforming business requirements into clear user stories, actively managing the product backlog, and ensuring engineering teams are unblocked and aligned with the overarching product vision. Rather than focusing primarily on direct market research, the Technical Product Manager bridges the gap between external market strategy and internal development processes by leading products through the Smile Product Realization Process, ensuring a streamlined product development lifecycle and high-value technical delivery.
