We are looking for an experienced Senior / Operations Manager – US Outbound Sales to lead high-performing international BPO operations with strong expertise in US outbound sales/tele-sales programs .
✅ Experience Required: 8–10+ Years in International BPO Operations ✅ Mandatory: 5+ Years in US Outbound / Tele Sales Programs

- Own end-to-end process performance & P&L
