We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CI/CD DevOps Engineer to help improve the reliability, performance, and automation of our continuous integration and delivery pipelines. This role is crucial for optimizing developer productivity, minimizing build downtime, and ensuring seamless integration testing across hybrid software/hardware environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Design & Optimization: Architect, standardize, and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipeline definitions and workflows across multiple repositories and languages (C#/.NET, C++, Python).
• Build System Performance: Deeply profile, tune, and optimize compilation, dependency caching, and build execution times for our C#/.NET and C++ software stacks.
• Pipeline Reliability & Monitoring: Proactively investigate pipeline failures, eliminate intermittent/flaky build issues, and establish automated health checks and metrics dashboards to maximize pipeline uptime.
• Test & Verification Workflow Integration: Collaborate closely with development and QA leads to embed automated unit testing, static code analysis (Coverity, SonarQube), and automated test bench verification triggers directly into CI workflows.
• Artifact & Release Automation: Automate release packaging, versioning, artifact staging, and package registry management to streamline deployment handoffs.
• Developer Workflow Enablement: Support development teams with best practices for branch merging strategies, MR verification gates, and fast-feedback developer loops.
