Human Resources Manager (Home Office)

The Human Resources Manager provides both guidance and support to our employees in support of positive employee relations in the Company's Home Office. The incumbent offers consultation, facilitation and resolution of workplace issues and assists in communication between management and employees. The Human Resources Manager provides guidance and support to managers and leaders and serves as a consultant to managers and employees on issues related to employee performance, support needs, accommodation, development or termination. The people of this Company are the primary resource, and this role is key in the provision of a positive work experience.
