Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions and supports Serenity’s continued growth. This hands-on, mid-level role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and moving qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through offer
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels
- Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, communication, motivation, and alignment with the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system
- Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate flow, and hiring efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying exclusively on inbound applications
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
- Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Workable, or similar platforms preferred
