Sr Test Engineer
- Leading planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination of SSEE/Spectral test and evaluation activities- Developing and maintaining Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test procedures, and supporting documentation- Guiding test teams through planning, execution, results analysis, and documentation supporting formal review and approval- Coordinating test requirements, schedules, readiness, and supporting resources with engineering teams and government stakeholders- Managing communications and coordination with operational test authorities, including OPTEVFOR, as applicable- Tracking test discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions and retestingFILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING
